All students must also fill out and turn in a waiver of liability form for Youth Resort as well.  Click here to download Youth Resort waiver of liability.

Parents: Please plan to join us at The Youth Resort on Friday night from 5:30 - 10:00 PM.  We will be having dinner together and a special evening of activities!  The address for our location is 12785 Youth St, North Lawrence, Ohio 44666.

Packing List:

Clothes for 2 days (some for sports and water, some casual)
(guys) clothes to get dirty, long sleeves and pants
2 Towels (one for the shower, and one for the pool/lake)
Toiletries/Shower stuff
Swimming suits (girls) one peice, or appropriate tankini
Blanket or sleeping bag to sleep
Pillow
